Kelly Baker, MS, LPC, ACS, CCS

Kelly Marie Baker, MS, LPC, CCS, ACS is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Perspective Counseling and Wellness, LLC. She provides trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with deep empathy, helping clients heal, grow, and thrive.

Kelly specializes in trauma, addiction, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, codependency, grief, and relationship issues. She has a special interest in supporting those struggling with burnout or identity shifts. For those navigating anxiety, Kelly often integrates shadow work—helping clients gently explore the unconscious roots of fear, perfectionism, or self-sabotage. She combines this with psychodynamic approaches to uncover how early experiences shape present-day patterns in relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation.

In couples therapy, Kelly uses an Imago-informed approach to foster emotional safety and support healing from past relational wounds. Her family work includes support for those affected by addiction and mental illness.

Kelly also offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused technique that helps clients process distressing memories quickly and effectively, often without needing to verbalize painful details. ART is especially helpful for PTSD, anxiety, grief, and phobias, offering rapid relief and long-term healing.

Beyond her clinical work, Kelly is a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS, ACS), dedicated to mentoring and supervising emerging clinicians. She brings over 12 years of leadership experience as a program director in community mental health.

Kelly also hosts the Let’s Talk Perspective podcast and contributes articles on mental health to Moorestown Living Magazine.

Lindsay Simon, LPC

Lindsay Simon, LPC, works primarily with adults, with a special focus on supporting women through the many challenges and transitions that life can bring. She works with women experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, postpartum concerns, fertility struggles, life transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem. Lindsay believes therapy should provide a safe and supportive space where clients can be open and honest without fear of judgment. Her goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy, trust, validation, and understanding so that each client feels truly heard and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Lindsay tailors her approach to each individual, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She incorporates strategies and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and positive psychology while considering each client's unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, Lindsay and her clients work toward understanding patterns, developing healthier ways of coping, building confidence, and creating meaningful and lasting change.

Many of Lindsay's clients begin to notice positive changes within the first few months of therapy. As clients gain confidence and feel better equipped to manage life's challenges, sessions may gradually be spaced out while continuing to support and maintain their progress. Lindsay's hope is that clients leave therapy not only feeling better, but also feeling more confident, empowered, and capable of navigating whatever comes next.

Additionally, Lindsay has a particular passion for working with individuals coping with infertility and understands the emotional stress, uncertainty, and challenges that can accompany the fertility journey. She strives to provide compassionate support and a safe space for clients to process their experiences and navigate what can be an extremely difficult and personal time.

As Outreach Director, I gained valuable experience in connecting individuals with essential resources. My work extended to providing in-home counseling, where I supported youth and families in developing coping strategies and building resilience.

Today, I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their emotions, build resilience, and achieve lasting change.
